SANCTUARY CONCEPT, DESIGN AND EXECUTION
The Holy Redeemer Church in Belthangady commissioned Simon Art Co. to design and execute the sanctuary's artwork for its new church. The work includes the High Altar, which depicts the Resurrection of Christ, accompanied by a mural of God the Father and the Angels, as well as the splendid Altar Table and Grand Ambo crafted from highly polished Omani Marble. Additionally, the aisles are embellished with the Stations of the Cross and the 20 Mysteries of the Holy Rosary, all presented in bas-relief style and made of fibreglass.

THE 40' HIGH GRAND HIGH ALTAR
The 40-foot-high Grand High-Altar was conceived from the start as extraordinary and unique. Simon Art Co was commissioned to craft a distinctive piece, and we fulfilled the vision with a grand 20-foot crucifix, flanked by ten parables in bas-relief on each side, a depiction of God the Father, Mother Mary, and John the Baptist, surrounded by the twelve Apostles and angels.
The dome ceiling featured clouds crafted from fibreglass. The Altar Table, shaped like a chalice, and the Grand Ambo, adorned with the four Evangelists, were made from Vietnamese white marble and granite.

THE TRADITIONAL HIGH ALTAR
In 1988, when the new church was built, the sanctuary was adorned with only a crucifix on the wall. In 2017, when the renovation of the sanctuary was being considered, we were given the responsibility to recreate the traditional high altar, which the parishioners felt was sorely missed. We paid extra attention to the design and delivered a piece that exceeded the parishioners' expectations. The high altar is adorned with the Calvary scene, Holy Spirit, St. Joseph, Assumption of Mary, Dead Savior, and the 12 disciples. The old tabernacle was re fabricated with a canopy and housing.

THE TWO-SIDED STATUE OF THE HOLY REDEEMER
The church presented a distinctive proposal: to anchor a 12-foot statue atop its dome, standing 105 feet high, designed to be viewed from both the front and the back.
We joyfully embraced the challenge and brought the vision to life, exactly as the client had imagined. At Simon Art Co, we relish opportunities like this that push beyond the boundaries of the 'ordinary.'

TRADITIONAL HIGH ALTAR
The resurgence of Traditional High Altars is evident, and the congregation at Fajir desired one that would befit their new church.
They chose to depict the sequence of Christ's Birth, Death, and Resurrection for the High Altar, complemented by a bas-relief representation of the Last Supper in traditional colours for the Altar Table's facade.

The Holy Cross Church, built in 1873, was in need of restoration and refinishing. Simon Art Co. was tasked with designing and crafting a new Altar Table from Vietnamese White Marble, a Lectern Stand, and the restoration and artful refinishing of the High Altar and Sanctuary. Additionally, the project encompassed the design and construction of a new housing for the Tabernacle.
